linked wrong account

i originally had apex on origin I downloaded it on steam and when i lunched the game i accidentally linked the wrong account  ,now i have to wait 6 months before i unlink it and link the right one. Is there a way to unlink faster?

I have a question please, I linked a wrong account in Apex Legends Mobile and I won't be getting my rewards. Is there any way I can relink my account to my original ps4 apex legends one so I can get the rewards in Apex Legends Mobile? This is my Apex Legends Mobile username : Øverlørd
