level down

yesterday my level is 41,but today I find my level going  down to 29,why?new bug?

Hey @xianggang1018  we are looking at the issue for missing rank, can you keep an eye out if you see any changes on your account and it can take up to 48 hours. 

Let me know if you see anything changing.

I think that problem was happen in GMTAM04:00 May 15th,I'm sure in 14th my level is right
