launching in unsupported resolution

I cannot play the game as the game launches in either 800x 600 or some other stupidly low resolution

This causes the game to launch in a tiny window often shoved to the side of the screen that I cannot even click on or see in some cases it is so small.

I cannot even click to repair the installation as this option is greyed out.

Its Alt + Enter to change Windows Modes.

when you launch the game, press Alt + enter, the game will switch to windowed mode, then, go to our ingame graphics settings, in preferences > graphics, and choose a new resolution, and check if the full screen mode is on.

Thanks for the solution; I jsut had this issue for the first time after patching with teh old-school launcher. So nice to know it was an old issue with a solution already available.
