lagging and teleporting issues

Hi guys, recently I'm experiencing this weird bug/glitch, idk what is it.

Basically whenever I'm in game, I'll tend to lag, then back to normal, then lag again. I could've opened a door and entered the house, but in the next second I get teleported backwards and I'm outside the house again. In one game, i even got an error (see pic).

I tried re-installing my game but it still doesn't work. Anyone knows how to fix this?
