inventory account unlock

Hello, 
I recently purchased 2 inventory modules (account-wide) but they only affected one character and not the other. I'm not a subscriber and am a free-to-play player. Do account-wide unlocks affect existing characters only for inventory modules as the cargo hold access I purchased which was also account-wide applied properly. What should I do?

Can you check your Cartel Market purchase history to confirm you bought the account unlock? It's here, if the name doesn't show you should look for a purchase of 390 Cartel Coins.

I checked, it's there, is there anything that they can do like server side or something?
