when i try to log into my apex legends it says invalid account and i have no idea why, and when i first started playing apex i didn’t have to go to the ea website to sign up so i don’t know my password for my ea account. So when i go to login i tried to login on ea.com with my actual psn account information,,but even on the ea website it still says account invalid.

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

 

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast. 

 

Contact us for help if you’re still having trouble.
