Mailbox won’t open at all.

Is it only your main account that's affected? If you only have the one account can you try creating a new one to test?

Have any of you here attempted a reinstall of the game yet to see if that would clear up the inability to access the mailbox?

No I do not have it set to home Xbox

I would go ahead and try setting the Xbox One as your home console to see if it fixes up the situation for you.

Anyone heard of any fixes for this? I too have had the “no news is good news” for well over a month.
