in game currency not loading after purchase

I purchased two $19.99 (2,000 in game currency) packs and they are not loading into the queue so that I can purchase in game content even though the funds have been withdrawn from my bank account.

Hey there just wanted to check in and make sure you received your content. Do you still need help with this? If so, did you purchase it for PC, Xbox One, or PlayStation 4?

If the transaction shows as complete under your order history for your Origin/PlayStation/Xbox account and they still haven't shown up, please contact our Live-Support team and attach a proof of purchase to your case so they can verify the transaction.
