in bf 5 in singleplayer can't get tiger camouflage!

i have done all achivement and trials in campain last tiger, but tiger camouflage didn't  get =((  and i have a all latters but in menu there all locked! Then i have a quastion how it unlock a tiger camouflage?

This problem exist since launch here is nothing to do, try to collect again the letters and maybe that helps.

Tryed but game doesn't see letters bcs he are already achived

@Tiger9509 Deleting the save file and replaying the chapter and doing the tasks that did not track last time is one of the methods that DICE has recommended to resolve this issue.
