icon swapcard dissapearing and driver issues

i was playing fut when i completed one of the icon swap player challenges. i finished the one Guo Quanbo, when suddenly my game crashed due to driver issues with my rtx 2070. when i logged back in to ultimate team the card wasn't there. i would be very pleased to receive my card cause i was playing to receive a icon. if anyone can help me with this please let me know.
