What should be happening instead? Get my TOTS player not the regular one

i have problem , EA realesed new TOTS players and one of them are LOZANO , so i opened a PACK and i found LOZANO but he was GOLD Not a Blue , my ID is i-IoveU  ( love with i not L )

It's not a bug..TOTS Lozano is not in packs, the only way you can get him is doing ROTW TOTS SBC.

I Just got thomas partey gold rare and he is suppose to be on TOTS isnt it?
