Product: FIFA 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Shepard4210 or Flakeytoast9044
Which mode has this happened in? FIFA Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Objectives
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 8/27/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:30 p.m.
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I lost the FIFA 19 Ultimate Team pack players, rewards from the FIFA 19 Ultimate Team weekly objective, and players that I had purchased on transfer market going back to last Friday, 8/16/19
What should be happening instead? I don't know

I cannot get support online, email or phone number. the select contact option on the menu gives me no choosable option.  How does one get through to actually address the issue of missing FIFA 19 FUT content?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @sheperd4210.

 

Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

 

If it does not work then you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype or Google Voice and contact our UK support directly, it is best to set your location to the country you are contacting also. The UK support number is  +44 203 0141818  and is available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.
