hi soy i play apex for a while and i start seeing something that i dont know if its a problem fro m my apex or ps4 ok the problem is when i play with random people or friends you can see if they have micro and the can talk to you but in my case i did play with my friend and the game show me that people have micro but i cant hear them talk and they cant hear me either so what am i supposed to do i really like a help

Hey @Estebanpapi909 have you checked your PSN settings to ensure that they are set correctly?

Have you ensure that your audio output options reflect your setup, eg if you are using a TV that you have not set it to surround.
