i have pvz gw2 on my xbox but it did not transfer over to my pc. Why?

I have plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 on xbox and then I just installed it on pc over night and I use the same email for xbox and origin but it didn't transfer and I would like to know why I cant use my account wont work on pc? Please answer.

Sorry, the progress is completely separate between platforms and we don't have a way to transfer or duplicate the account across.

I know I personally would love to see more shared progress in the future, but for now you'll need to start from scratch on the PC.
