i didnt recieve my coins from the battle pass

i was playing a game of apex and by the end of it i got to level 36 and 37 at the same time, i got my crafting metals but i didnt recieve my apex coins, i tried restarting the game and my pc yet it still doesnt work i even played another game cause that usually works
