i cant play online

i matchmake and it matchmakes for maube 20 seconds and stops and switches back to online in the bottom right corner in every mode any fixes? or im forced to refund the game

Is the problem online across all platforms or is it only or the switch

I have a Nintendo switch and I haven't been able to play pennant race, which is my favorite, since I got the game
