I tried everything, still got the issue. And I logged on a friend account, and on his save I was able to change paint and wraps.

SO MAYBE IT'S TIME TO DO SOMETHING EA GAMES IT'S GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING HERE. SPECIALLY AFTER SPENDING 5 HOURS WITH HELP CHAT FOR NOTHING.
