i cannot add a wrap or paint my car. i get the error 00375.0

Summarize your bug i cannot change my vinyl/ paint of car. i get the error code 00375.0,(all wraps are full). i am on pc. i only got this issue today- has anyone else had this issue. this stops me from being able to use heat studio.
What car were you using? any car i try
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? not too sure, was a daytime event
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? check my screenshot, and see if anyone has the issue/ see if its something you have had before?
What happens when the bug occurs? i cannot apply/ change vinyls on the car or use heat studio customisation.
What do you expect to see? i expect to be able to customise my car

I’m getting the same thing to and I beat the game  I have alot of paints I had made the game point less if u can’t paint please fix I don’t want to restart after is massive grind I did to beat the game

@solayyyj Same for me, it appeared after i synced my save on cloud.

нашел какое нибудь решение ? я пробовал очищать кэш , заново делать синхронизацию, переустановка игры , звонил в тех поддержку , никто ответа так и не дал ...

have the same issue here but without error code, it only say that i have to delete some wrap / paint, but i've never been able to paint my car since i got the game yesterday and i'm rep 27 so there's no point that i can't paint my car. 

The edit wrap and the second one are locked with a text saying get your personnal wrap exactly like if i was using Heat Studio but i never used it. 

I tried on the Nissan 180SX, BMW M3 E46 from 2006, Subaru WRX, and the Chevrolet Corvet Grand Sport (2017). Couldn't change the paint on any of those 4 cars.
