i can not purchase a game

i have recently redeemed a gift card. i went to buy a game, and it gives me the error

An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-client/offerEntries?storeId=origin-... 400 (Bad Request)]

support hasn't been any help at all. i've tried using the client, on the crowser, on my phone data and even in incognito to no avail.

one thing i have noticed is that my store page shows "aus/en-us/" instead of just "en-au". i think this may be the issue. how do i fix this?

I managed to fix it myself :D

So what I did was simply un trust and re trust my pc through the ea accounts website. I did that and it worked.
