i can not connect my xbox and ea account

so i have tried everything that the website says and when i call its just static so here i am. I can not connect to online play for this game. I have never had a problem with connecting online to Ea serves until recently. It says that i need to change my password for Ea account will the problem is my Xbox gamer tag is not connected and i have tried to connect it but i am not sure how because nothing the ea Form says is work nothing online is working so does anyone have any idea

@spike99a Same thing is happening on my ps4 says to change my password but it won't scroll to the other entry fields

This has happened for me on PS4 as well, except ive had this issue for the best part of a year now
