i always got banned, i created the new account but EAC still banned my account. when i asked to EA and then they said that i'm cheatingg

i dont use any hacks -_- , please help me. i dont want to buy a new pc because i dont have money

You can dispute the action taken on your account twice. If you only did it once, you're welcome to submit another.

In most cases, you just need to play on a different EA account. However, it's possible to have your device banned if what you did warranted such a stiff punishment.
