how to use xbox 1 controller with origin games?

I connected xbox 1 controller to my pc it works in all other systems except origin how do I connect controller?

@xashamaleyy Origin was not developed for controllers. Usually, players use them to play games so just connect controller to your PC and run the game. Your controller should work perfectly in games. Unfortunately, some games do not support controllers so it would be great if you tell us what game you are trying to launch with controller.

This is a blatant lie!!!  I can't use my controller with ANY origin game. Good thing I didn't pay the yearly price for this rubbish app. Is there anyway I can get a refund?

are you serious ?  I almost bought it for 99.99yr but if i cant use a controller on my COMPUTER whats the point

Very simple fix. Add any game from origin to your steam libabry and BOOM contoller works for any game. Have fun! Make sure to load from steam first to activate the controller.

Install through origin, then add to steam library and play through steam.
