high ping and pocket loss

hello everyone.

my ping and pocketloss in apex legends game very high and i couldnt fix it. 

in other game like ( battlefield) not have this problem

Hi @bozghord. 

Which platform do you play Apex Legends on? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting steps at all since this started happening? Have you been able to try changing to a different datacenter to see if that makes a difference at all?
