i have boughten the 1000 dollar apex coin pack twice once on the 15 and yet again today the 18th i haven't gotten any please respawn i just want the coins not even a refund.

hi as i stated once was on the 15th of July and again yesterday the 18th i have restarted both my game and my pc, both my bank account and steam said the transaction went fine but i still haven't received my apex coins nor do i know how to email you guys, its a very confusing layout.
