game not loading into character select in apex legends

every time I ready up with friends the game starts to go into the character select menu and then just stops loading.  I cant do anything when this happens.  I end up just ctrl+alt+del to open the task manager and force closing the game.  I tried repairing and uninstalling with reinstalling.  I havent had this issue in either season 1 or 2.  any ideas as to whats going on

Hey @ssxwet 

If you are using NVIDIA driver, then look for the latest updates, install them and restart your computer. After that, the issue should not appear again.

that did the trick.  thx for the info on the driver.  I didnt think to even check it for updates

Already Updated the latest nvidia driver but i still have the same bug in the character select screen. Please Help T_T
