title says it all, i have modified the correct settings. put different resolution in, put it into windowed mode. i have updated drivers and directx. its not bitrader because i did that and it didnt work. i did the trick with the launcher reinstalling the patches. nothing works. played it 2 years ago and it worked. its like the same problem i had with the sims, i never fixed that either.

can you provide a dxdiag per https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/Guide-Posting-a-DxDiag/td-p/4832663/jump-to/fi...
and paste the contents of the client_setting file

Swtor is listed as crashing in the nvidia driver , try updating to the latest driver https://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/driverResults.aspx/160004/en-uk
your client setting file is wrong too , the 4 resolution settings should match what that lcd tv can display at
Height = 1069
NativeHeight = 1366
NativeWidth = 768
Width = 1920
eg
Height = 1920
NativeHeight = 1920
NativeWidth = 1080
Width = 1080
