game crashing when selecting gamemode [ Edited ]

For some reason after i start apex when i press continue i get a black screen with the apex logo for about 1 minute. once i select a gamemode my game puts me in the menu and says  connection to server timed out (code:net) or (code: pin). When i googled the problem it said it was a server side issue and it cannot be fixed if anyone knows of a fix please let me know. 
I use steam to pay apex if it matters

Does this happen every time you try to search for a match, or just random?

Also what platform are you currently playing on?

it doesn't happen all the time but majority of the time it does and the platform I play on is pc and i use steam

Same happening to me. Pc , origin. Everytime i change from trio to ranked -i know- that i will disconnect.

@imKamel @RecallzUK @Popa2caps  An issue with the “Frag Out” banner frames for Bloodhound and Rampart is causing game crashes. Unequipping these frames may help you.

@EA_Atic it didn't fix the crashing i'm still getting code net and code pin errors if there is a way can be fixed please let me know

@EA_Atic i have tried to connect with different wifi but it wouldn't connect i checked the guide and tried what it said but none of it worked. i have also tried to uninstall the game and then reinstall but it didn't fix the problem.
