freezing on my new pc

freezes almost everyone or two games with

distorted sound andno error messages.  Have to force shutdown or it stays there forever.  

pc spec   

geforce rtx 2070

intel i7-9700k CPU 3.60ghz

ram 16gb

windows10 pro

Hmm have you updated your motherboard drivers through the website?

Some people tend to overlook that.

You can skip the cleaning up and antivirus part since your system is new.

And is this freezing happening in other games?

hi  I have used 417.71, 419.35 and the latest one 419.67. they all giving the same result

I did as you mentioned, have not freeze or crash for few hours now. Yes, I did crash once in Black Desert Online, but only once. Hope this is a permanent solution. Thank you for your help
