fps limiter please

Hi.

So problem is that game is running with uncapped fps on PC when 60 fps would be ok.

Cant limit with vsync since 240hz monitor.

Riva tuner limiter makes whole game stutter alot.

Switching monitor to 60hz is bad option every time playing single game since messes up colors.

Advanced launch options from other titles doesnt work.

Atleast what i have tried.

So can we get ingame limiter for this game?
