What should be happening instead? it should not freeze at all and the enemy should be dead

I've had the same issue twice on very decisive moments. It happens when there are only a few enemies left in a tiny circle. Twice it had cost me the win unfortunately.
I'm also playing on ps4

I've been reporting on this also:
I've had multiple instances when I'm shooting somebody or I'm being shot at at the game will freeze solid for 1, 2 or 3 seconds - making it impossible to respond. Game breaking.

I got a black screen when being shot in firestrom on PC. When the game came back up again I got shot again -> next black screen resulting in me going down.

I was playing the base game this morning (Breakthrough) and noticed quite a bit of freezing/stuttering similar to what I have been experiencing in Firestorm. So it has carried across to the whole game it seems.

I've noticed this a various times of the round, in probably every round I've played. Seems to only happen when I'm in combat, the worst moments naturally.
