Try going to Customize > Profile > Delete. Delete the Personal Settings 1 file and try again. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

Nope. Your Ultimate Team is saved on our servers. You'll probably need to edit your settings again, but you won't lose any data.

where is the customize

Where is customize? I only see delete

Go to the main FIFA menu and you'll see Customize as one of the options.

how am I supposed to go to the main fifa menu if I cant log into fifa??? becuase whenever I click on my profile it says retry
