everything is small except for gameplay

So after my cat had crashed my computer I had to reset it. Once reset, I logged in and at first I knew something was wrong because my launcher was smaller than usual. when I logged in game altered my computer making everything small so I did ALT+ENTER and then once done my character selection legendary status and cursor were small nothing else. then I logged in and my quickbar mini map chat were small fixed it with global scaling but everything else was still small. help.

I would expect the launcher and UI to be small with 4k resolution.

Lets start with the launcher If you do the below does it restore the launcher ?

Right Mouse click on the game shortcut and select properties then click on the compatibility Tab

Set as Shown Below (note system selected on the DPI pulldown)

If you right mouse click on the monitor background and select "monitor properties" see how the scaling is showing at present is it at 100% , can also check the resolution listed

1: I have windows ten

2: its at 150%(Recommended)

3: resoloution is 3840 x 2160(Recommended)
