I am stuck in the problem calling in existing account after deleting the app in my mobile.

The account is linked with facebook. 

When I reinstall the app and chose to play with the existing account lv 47, the tutorial begins with my first sim among 4 but has an error not moving to the next step but just repeating 'need to purchase furniture. 

 

I want to back playing with the existing account, with 4 sims and the house I decorated with all efforts. My account is [edit: email address removed]

Please help me to return to the original state.
