error code 40080000 xbox one

have heat for xbox one have never been able to play online because of "item system sync failed error code 4008000.why the hell did I pay full price for half a game. this needs to be fixed asap. if this does not get fixed I will never buy another ea title again

still having this sync error problem and cannot play online. I have waited for a fix for several months and with each update there isn't any change. I can play solo no problem. but I don't really see a point in doin anything when I can't race with other players and show of cars or anything. there just isn't a point.
