error 408? [ Edited ]

Hi everyone.

Apex seems have some problem as it sudden shows error 408 to me, I have played it normally in the morning.

And I used a VPN and see if it's gonna work and that's really work, the error 408 doesn't show anymore and I joined the game.

But I don't want to use my VPN all the time, so is there any chances that I got a IP ban? (also I swear that I never used hack.)

Also my internet connection method is cable, and the antivirus software were closed.

btw, my primary selection of server is HK.

Are you still having any trouble getting connected to the servers? If so, I'd like to try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if that helps at all. 

A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- PlayStation 4

- Xbox One

Hey @TheKingHannibal. 

Which platform do you play on? Have you tried connecting to different datacenters to see if you're getting the same error message?
