engine error create texture 2d failed to create texture

whenever I open apex legend it runs smooth but after starting and  pressing continue button loading start and stops after 2 min and the engine error show. I have tried many solutions but I can't fix it. plz help me.

thanks for the reply but I got another solution. my video configuration was not managed and I manage it by searching video configuration of apex legend.

This did not help.....made changes to system config but the error still appears,,,,im playing KOAR Re Reckoning
