Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? sign in menu
Please select your region Australia
On which server did this happen? oce
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 21.8.2020
Summarize your bug Once i sign in on battlefield V i have a an endless loading screen after that.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? i can't do anything except quit the game and do it all over again.
What should be happening instead? it should take be to the beginning tutorial or the home menu.

Hi, 

Does anyone know how to fix an endless loading screen on Battlefeild V after you sign in.

 

The game should take me to the tutorial but it is just stuck on the one screen.

If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues. If it's not an official Xbox external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive.



Power Cycle the Console

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address

Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
