ea fc doesnt run after update

ea fc doesnt run after update

 this week i update the game. after this update the game starts.

but it is stuck in the loading screen.

after that my pc reboots.

i already check the files on steam because on the ea app "manage" is greyedout. 

via my gpu assitent i already downgraded the used settings for the gpu. but this also didnt worked.

can somebody help me with this, pls?

yesterday i followed the steps that you gave to me.

but allas... it still didnt worked.

do you have another sollution for me?

im sure am not the only one. is there an update coming for this?

im going into the second week that i cant play fc. also the sollutions you gave me dont work.

i would like to receive some sort of compensation. if possible compensation on ea fc24.

because there isnt any sollution for this

Hi,

after the last update ea fc is playable. but i still missed 2 weeks of gaming.

because of the error what occured. the sollutions that was given wasn't working.

is there some sort of compensation for this?
