need help. my son is under 13 and we made him an EA account that was backed up to my email. my email has already got an EA account, so the email we used nor his with password we gave his account will let him log in. trying to get him access to his code for MUT in madden 17, but we can not access his account online.. he is able to play madden with his account we made, also logged into my xbox with his info in madden but can not get logged in with his account on line. what can we do to solve this. called a few days ago and they could not fix my problem but said they would email me. never got email
