Once you get your Security Question reset, you should be able to log in to Origin and play.
If you have forgotten your security question/answer, we need you to contact an Advisor for help with resetting that.

I moved your topic to NFS Payback section. Please before contacting EA support tell me on which platform do you play and what error message do you get exactly?
Perhaps rebooting your router will be enough to solve the issue (turn off the router and remove power cable for 5 min. Then turn on it back). Also, don't forget to check this connection troubleshooting: https://help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

Guys i need some help. Need assistance on finding my account activation code can't find it in email. It's a PC version of the game and on top of that i have to recover my secret answer although i feel like i really know it...
