dx12 memory leak?

so i was trying to use dx12, and i noticed, that after 5min i ran out of memory. do i only have this, or others too? also in dx11 if i have future frame rendering on, my gpu is nicely 99% used, 120hz. if i turn it off, it drops to 80ish hz, and 65% usage. is it a bug?
