dropped 20 fps not smooth,jerky

In a lot of places after the new map? what gives, Even if I try to change resolution  graphics in game etc, it changes Nothing on fps.  im running at 19xx resolution  I change it to 16xx or even 13xx and the fps stay the same.  I use SSC 1060 6gb Card Amd 8350  16gb ram. I ran just fine with 80+ fps was lowest I was getting now im like in the 50s?? im running full graphic settings also.  as I said changing seems do make no difference. Ive tried different Gpu drivers and still the same? am I just having to wait for an update?
