My opponent have just been disconnected and it was counted as loss in FIFA 21 UT Draft. Also, there's some issue while using link to redeem draft token.

Could you help me?

If you are getting the loss from a disconnected game it's because you lost connection to the server during the match. You can follow these steps http://bit.ly/Open_Ports as well as playing on an Ethernet cable if you are currently on WiFi to make sure you have the best connection possible.

I was playing on cable and these things are always happening in draft matches.
I am not granted with token.
