i have a little problem my fifa 18 is rarely have a bug or problem

Im play now in fifa 18 fut champions and in the 7th attemps I arrived fut final i have 3-0 with other player and disconnected my fifa, i try resolve this problem but i dont looking the live chat plus a try call back but call back me any mohammed in france i say my problem and he dont make nothing!

I think the minimum he halp me and speak with me normally this f;;;cin * things

We checked and you don't qualify for FUT
Champions Weekend League access at this time.
Vut this things i knoe it because when i played the fut championd final im scored 3 goals for my opponent and the 70 min about disconnected. I want just fair things and i think this not my fault and i wanna ask in live chat make this for me. Help me because this not the first zime and slowly i dont wanna play with this * because i win somezhing and disvonnected and i have make again all things...plus i dont speak about 4 5 times fut draft disconnected. Last weak i have packege problem and in the live chat the people help me easily.
