crossplay pc/ps4

I am able to hear my friend who is currently playing on ps4 but he can't hear me as I am playing on pc. Any suggestions? How to fix it, please help.

@warrior_sultan what mic and audio set do you have and did you make sure that correct mic in Windows is displayed as default?

i have the same problem but i cant hear my friend that are playing on ps4, but he can hear me from pc
