Summarize your bug on startup, the game opens with the loading screen with v in the top right corner(windowed), then goes full screen and the logo is frozen and the game crashes with no error

What should be happening instead? game should open properly so i can play

I have tried lots of options from other help threads. I have latest bios, drivers, and other necessary software to run the game
