constant black screens when trying to get into a game. this game is a joke.

Can I ask on what platform you are playing, I'm assuming it's PC and if so can you grab us a DxDiag so that I can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

hi, 

i probably wasn´t specific enough in the heat of the moment. i was very frustrated with the game.

the black screens appears afterr the game is launched and we teamed up, right when we try to enter the round- then a black loading screen appears, followed by an errror message.

sometimes this happens 3 or 4 times in a row before we can enter a round. 

when we try to rebuild the squad it sometimes works, but this problem is very common at the moment, at least for me and my buddies.

it was no problem before the start of season 2.

Thanks for the additional info @Weisthor0815. Can I ask what platform you are playing on and if on PC can you grab a DxDiag, the steps to get one are posted above.
