completed bounty contracts

on my character opah sky  i have in my inventory 31 completed bounty contracts and i am unable to use them can i get some help plz here is a screenshot of my inventory

ok i just figured out this issue with some friends of mine in order to fix this you must mail it to another toon and from there it goes into your currency tab
