cant sign in to my account

Hi My issue is that on apex I last played 2 days ago, and it was working perfectly fine. Last night I tried to log on but every time I get the the “press A to sign in screen” with the characters in the background. It won’t sign in on my account. On my other accounts that I don’t use they can sign in but my actual Xbox account “Ycrispo” won’t sign in.

Xbox Live is having issues at the moment. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

If you still have the issue after Live is fixed delete and recover the profile. WARNING only do this if you know all your account info!!!!
