cant redeem code for battlefield V for PC

I am have alot of trouble with getting this game and redeem the code. the instructions are not helpful.

Hey @Wizardowizdom

When you launch Origin and log into your Account, all you have to do is Click Origin, Redeem Code, and you can apply the Code there.

Once you're done, Battlefield V will show up in your Library available for Download.
